Full refunds will be given for items in original condition including all packaging/tags, with original receipt. Refunds will be in the same tender as the original purchase.

Original condition items without a receipt can be exchanged or will receive store credit. If you do not have a frequent shopper account, and we therefore cannot verify the price paid for an item returned without a receipt, we will issue store credit for the lowest price paid in the last 12 months. If we have reason to believe the item was not purchased here, we retain the right to refuse returns.

We do not have time limits on returns or exchanges, but keep in mind that items must be in original condition, meaning:

  • intact and complete packaging including any attached tags, instruction manuals etc
  • unwashed / unworn
  • free from allergens, such as animal hair, smoke smell, food debris
  • clean
  • hygiene seals intact where applicable (breast pump related items, sterile items, nipple shields, Medela specialty feeding devices)

Sterile and hygiene sealed items will not be taken back for exchange or refund if the seal has been broken, regardless of whether the item has been used or not. They are sealed to prevent contamination and are not multiple user approved.

All items are subject to assessment by staff at the time of return and we retain the right to refuse return or exchange based on the outcome of that assessment. We cannot guarantee returns over the phone or by email as the product must be in hand to do so.
